The formula for the specified application will be produced after demineralizing and sterilising the water. Then the purified water treatment is required to ensure that the content is totally free of germs. The formula for the specified application will be produced after demineralizing and sterilising the water. Then the purified water treatment is required to ensure that the content is totally free of germs. The active solution will be delivered to the machine, where it will thoroughly saturate the tissue material. Wet tissues are automatically folded and sliced. Following that, the tissues are flow packed on the belt. For the sake of traceability, each manufacturing run is assigned a code. The entire manufacturing process is carried out in a sterile and air-controlled environment, then further the production team analyse the whole process and check the production is being done as per the guidelines.
